Banana Nut Breakfast Cookie Ingredients
- 2 Very Ripe Bananas
- 2.5 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Cup Pecans
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Optional: 3 tablespoons natural apple sauce for softer, less dense cookies
Recipe Instructions
- Preheat Oven for 350° F
- Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. You can use a hand mixer or fold the ingredients together by hand
- Let mixture set for 10-15 minutes
- Spoon the mix onto a greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes or until cookies have reached desired color and texture
