Dave founded Flagship Facility Services in 1988 and has nurtured the company from a small startup into a nationwide integrated facility management company focused on meeting the holistic needs of its customers and providing a consistently high quality of customer service. He remains actively involved in every major decision and intrigued by the challenges ahead. Dave started his career in the service industry at an early age, mowing lawns at the age of 10.
Corporate Executive Chef
As Corporate Executive Chef, Chef Joe’s focus is closely aligned with Flagship’s core values, particularly the Caring core value. He cares deeply about health and wellness, and using locally sourced, sustainable ingredients in every dish. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, Chef Joe works closely with our Operations team to streamline and improve our kitchen processes and culture across the country. Chef Joe has a great deal of culinary experience, having served in the military before graduating from the Culinary Institute of America. From New York to California and Hawaii to Dubai, Chef Joe has held chef positions in notable establishments such as Union Square Café, Morimoto, Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, Calistoga Ranch, and Rosewood Miramar Beach. He enjoys spending time in the kitchen and with his family.
Vice President Operations
With a demonstrated work history in the facility services industry, Josue brings an experienced approach to his role overseeing Operations for Flagship Culinary Services. His ability to assess situations and implement solutions, coupled with in-depth analytical and organizational skills, provide a strategic, forward-thinking foundation for his team. Keeping safety and efficiency top-of-mind, he ensures service excellence is obtained at all client locations
Josue has an MBA in Business from Arizona State University, W. P. Carey School of Business.
Senior Director, Human Resources
After 10 years of progressive HR experience with Safeway, Inc., Marisa joined Flagship Culinary Services as a poised leader with a strong skillset to oversee human capital and manage a talented, regionally dispersed HR team across our client locations. With a continually growing workforce in multiple parts of the country, her expertise in diversity and inclusion, conflict resolution, union relations and arbitrations and change management continue to advance HR practices and business results nationwide.
Marisa has a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from San Francisco State University and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
Executive Director of Client Engagement
Founding the culinary program for Flagship Culinary Services since 2011, Ralph plays an integral role in setting the tone for the culture of our workforce and success of our clients. Ensuring all culinary services are meeting expectation and achieving the expected results nationwide, Ralph navigates and leads high-level contracts, vendor agreements, employee engagement, expansion plans and client relations from the top down. With a background in communications and HR, his people-first mentality is a valuable asset to the buildout and future planning of all culinary operations.
Ralph has a BA in Mass Communications, emphasis in Radio, Television & Film, from San Jose State University.
