Tacos originate from Mexico when miners would pack this as their essential meal because of the eating convenience they provided by housing any filling in a tortilla. Through Mexican immigrants coming to the United States, tacos became a widely recognized dish that are now available in all forms and flavors. According to current studies, Americans consume around 4.5 billion tacos a year.
