Brian has been a valuable part of the Flagship family since 2016, serving in various roles and helping to mold the culinary team in Seattle. He was quickly handpicked to run the site’s Food Safety Program for his outstanding leadership skills. In this position, he has found a love of both teaching and food science.

Brian’s collaborative and fact-based approach to learning has helped the team keep up with the food safety standards that keep our customers safe. His work is unparalleled, and we are so very grateful to have him on the team!
