Great teacher, gifted chef, and positive leader are just a few of the names used to describe Chef Jonathan.
Before joining Flagship in 2018 to support the opening of a client site in Nebraska, Jonathan had already made a name for himself, earning a James Beard Award nomination for his cooking skills. In his role as Sous Chef, Jonathan has lived up to his reputation and proved to be a powerhouse both inside and outside the kitchen.
In 2019, Jonathan moved to Ohio for the opening of another client site, where he once again demonstrated his passion for cooking and teaching. It’s easy to see the pride that goes into his food as well as his instruction.
