Kendall started with Flagship in January of 2019 as a Line Cook. Her enthusiasm and solution minded attitude made her a great candidate for growth, and she was soon promoted to a Jr. Sous Chef and helped build and manage the new juice and wellness bar in one of our Seattle sites.
Kendall soon moved into managing the lunch program and pushed her team to excellence in their daily changing menu. She was a critical piece in adapting to the changes made due to COVID-19 and has been instrumental in adapting to working from home, showing extra effort in her outreach and developing creative ways to engage her team.
