“Prethish is a great employee to have on my team. He stays late and comes in early whenever needed. He takes on more responsibility than required on a regular basis,” says his manager, Jr. Sous Chef, Tommie J. “He never complains about short comings. He just gets the job done.”

Specialized in Indian Cuisine, Prethish says, “I love coming to work because I have a fun team, and of course I love cooking the food from my culture too.”
