Corn Pudding Dish

Corn Pudding Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 2 cans cream-style corn

Corn Pudding Recipe Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 400℉
  2. Grease a shallow 2-quart casserole dish
  3. In large bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add and combine melted butter, sugar and milk, then whisk in cornstarch. Stir in corn and creamed corn and thoroughly combine
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla
  5. Pour mixture into greased casserole dish
  6. Bake for 1 hour

Serves 8
