Corn Pudding Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cups butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 2 cans cream-style corn
Corn Pudding Recipe Instructions
- Preheat over to 400℉
- Grease a shallow 2-quart casserole dish
- In large bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add and combine melted butter, sugar and milk, then whisk in cornstarch. Stir in corn and creamed corn and thoroughly combine
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla
- Pour mixture into greased casserole dish
- Bake for 1 hour
Serves 8
