Orange Ginger Sauce

Orange Ginger Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoon minced ground ginger (squeeze bottle or fresh)
  • 3 tablespoon minced garlic in water (squeeze bottle or fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Recipe Instructions

  1. Mix together cornstarch, and water in saucepan on medium heat until cornstarch is completely dissolved
  2. Add in rice wine, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, orange juice, ginger and garlic
  3. Mix well with whisk for 2 minutes, turn off and let sauce sit to thicken
  4. Optional, add sesame seeds for additional flavor and texture
