Our culinary team was proud to mentor and support high school students as part of California’s Family Community and Career Leaders of America (FCCLA) 2021 STAR Competition. Though the competition judging was conducted virtually this year, Flagship had over 30 managers sit in as judges for the student submitted projects. Submission categories ranged from culinary arts, to hospitality, science and more. It was inspiring to see such impressive talent from this next generation of young professionals! Big thanks to FCCLA for letting our team be a part of the experience this year.
